Description/Agenda: CLARKSTON TOWN LAND, USE & DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Land Use & Development Commission will hold a LUDM Meeting on the 11th day of October 2021 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Approve minutes from September 13, 2021 2. New Business - Darrin Michaelis - subdivision - Other Permits: o Troy Godfrey - Accessory Building - 241 W 100 N o Chad and Kennie Thompson - SFD and Detached Garage - 41 W 200 S o David Hale - Carport - 145 E 100 S o Kevin Buttars - Accessory Building - 408 N 200 E 3. Other Business - New LUDM Commissioner - Roads Master Plan - City Inspect Review 4.
