The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a code amendment to include 10-54-8 titled Specific Plans for Small Projects, to allow for Specific Plans for Projects less then 20 acres in Wellsville City. b. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Wellsville Recovery LLC for a conditional use permit and business license to operate a residential drug and alcohol treatment center out of the former Sherwood Hills Property located at 7877 South Highway 89/91. Tax Id. #10-071-0112 & Tax Id. #10-053-0014. 7. Discuss proposed fencing ordinance changes to title 10-36-15 'Fences & Walls' 8. Other zoning matters
