- 1. Discussion and possible recommendation relative to rezone request from R-1 to R-3 located at approximately 300 North 400 West. 2. Addam Brouillete - Discussion and possible approval of Phase II of Foothills Subdivision. 3. Tyler Thompson - Discussion relative to subdividing property. 4. Linda Blake - Review of proposed carport zoning permit. 5. Brody Keisel - Proposal to construct a duplex. 6. Consideration of the minutes from the previous meeting.
