Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that the Fillmore City Council will conduct a public hearing in conjunction with the regular City Council meeting on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at 6:35 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Fillmore City Building, 75 West Center Street, Fillmore, UT for the purpose of receiving public comment concerning amending the Fillmore City zoning map for a portion of East Ridge Estates at approximately 100 East to 200 East and 500 North to Residential 2 Zone. Individuals needing special accommodations must notify the city office at 743-5233 at least three business days prior to the meeting.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) must notify the city office at 75 West Center Street (435-743-5233)at least three (3) working days prior to the meeting.
