- EAGLE MOUNTAIN CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Eagle Mountain City Council will hold a public hearing on October 19, 2021, at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as business allows, in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT. The City Council will receive input on the following item: - Oquirrh Mountain Ranch Master Development Plan and Preliminary Plat Amendment for approximately 102 acres located at parcel 58:048:0116. - Fire Station 251 Rezone for approximately 1.25 acres of land located at parcels 59:045:0065 and 59:045:0064. - Spring Run Phase D Amended Master Development Plan and amended Preliminary Plat for 68 lots on approximately 24.62 acres of land north of Spring Mountain Drive. - Code amendments to Eagle Mountain City Code Chapter 17.70 Accessory Apartments. Materials for the public hearing item may be viewed within three days of the meeting on the city website and at the Eagle Mountain City Recorder's Office, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL MEETINGS. If you need a special accommodation to participate in the meeting, please call the City Recorder's Office at 801.789.6610. Open portions of the meeting can be viewed at https://eaglemountaincity.com/city-recorder/city-meetings-portal. Posted 10/07/2021 to the Utah Public Notice website, Eagle Mountain City website, and three locations within the City.
