Action Item: Approve Planning Commission Meeting Minutes for September 9, 2021 (Administrative Action) 3. Public Hearing: Crosspoint CSD Zoning Text and Map Amendments (Legislative Action) A request by Ralph Johnson of Utah Capital LLC to create a new commercial special district and rezone the subject property the Crosspoint Commercial Special District. The proposed district standards will be located in Chapter 9-18 of the Draper City Municipal Code (DCMC) and the new zoning designation would be Crosspoint Commercial Special District (CSD-CP).
