PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the St George City Council will hold public hearings on Thursday, October 21, 2021, at 5:00 PM to consider the following requests: A. Consider a petition for a subdivision amendment for Lots 10, 11, and 12, Southwood Meadows Subdivision by adjusting the lot line and to vacate a portion of the utilities, drainage, and irrigation easement and grant new easements between Lots 10 and 11, and Lots 11 and 12 to match the existing block fence that was built on the ground. B. Consider a petition for a subdivision amendment for Lots 8 and 9, Bella Vista at Sunbrook by merging said lots together into one lot, along with the common area between said lots, to be known at Lot 8. The common area is a public utility easement and part of the consideration of the petition is to vacate the easement. Interested persons are encouraged to present their views in writing to the City Council prior to the meeting for this public hearing, held in the Council Chambers - City Hall at 175 East and 200 North.
