Anthony Carnival on November 4, 5, 6, & 7, 2021 8- Discussion and possible approval of Local Consent for St. Anthony Knights of Columbus Bingo nights 2x Month. 9- Discussion and possible approval of Jason Callings - 5k Fundraiser. 10- Discussion and possible approval of Local Consent for relocation of Tuscan. 11- Discussion and possible approval for Kim Keuhen to rent space at City Hall building for Helper Saturday Vibes. 12- Discussion and possible approval for Carbon Medical Service to rent space at City Hall building for COVID testing and vaccines. 13- Discussion and possible approval of agreement for POST Tuition with Lakota Clark to join Helper Police Department. 14- Discussion and possible approval of waiving sewer line connection fees for 360 Hill Street. 15- Discussion and possible approval Resolution 2021-4, a resolution updating the business license fee schedule for Helper City. 16- Discussion and possible approval of Resolution 2021-11, a resolution endorsing submission to and participation in the Utah Main Street Program Tiered program. 17- Discussion and possible approval of Resolution 2021-12 a resolution setting fees related to Land Use Application. 18- discussion and possible approval for museum board members to help at museum gift shop, handling money and opening and closing procedures in the event of staffing shortage. 19- Discussion and possible approval of repair or replace the pool boiler. 20- Discussion and possible approval of technology upgrades. 21- Reports only from Council Members and Department Heads. 22- Closed Session for property discussion.
