Description/Agenda: Wednesday, October 6, 2021 Development Review Committee DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting in the City Council Chambers at the Spanish Fork City Office Building, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually. 1. Approval of Minutes A. September 22, 2021 2. Annexation A. J-6 ANNEXATION. This proposal involves annexing some 90 acres located at approximately 1500 West 3700 North. 3. Minor Plat Amendment A. SPANISH SPRINGS SUBDIVISION PHASE 1 AMENDED. The proposal involves amending the current subdivision plat in regards to the width and location of the frontage road within the industrial business park located at 2700 North 100 East. 4. Final Plat A. ESCALA PLAT A. The proposal involves approving 63 residential lots and units for a development located at approximately 1300 South Del Monte Road. 5. Adjourn
