PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, October 14th, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing: Preliminary Condominium Subdivision Plat - Located at approx. 1088 N North County Blvd (Mud Hole Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Nathan Smith for a 2-unit preliminary, commercial condominium subdivision plat, called Smart Peak Plaza Plat 'A' on property located at approximately 1088 N North County Boulevard in the P-O (Professional Office) Zone. Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at approx. 100 South and 1300 West (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Pleasant Grove City for a 1-lot, preliminary subdivision plat called 100 South Church Subdivision Plat 'B' on property located at approximately 100 South and 1300 West in The Grove Zone - Mixed Housing Subdistrict.
