RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 14, 2021 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Amber and Shane Peterman are requesting approval of a conditional use for a private lane to be located at 12747 South Sunday Drive. - Erin Carrabba with Saint Andrew Catholic School is requesting approval of an amended site plan for the property at 11835 South 3600 West. - Shari Johnson is requesting a Conditional Use for Pet Boarding in a Commercial Gateway Zone for property located at 3004 West 12600 South. This meeting is open to the public. A staff report will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live. Audio and written minutes will be available following the meeting. Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov or by phone to 801-208-3138. All comments submitted before 5:00 pm on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the Planning Commission. Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
