- To be posted on Friday, October 1, 2021, on the Utah Public Notice Website. Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING: Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on October 14, 2021, to receive public comment on a request by Ben Clifford known as the 7th East Office Building, located at approximately 12071 S 700 E, for the purpose of rezoning the property from RA1 (Residential Agricultural) to CN (Neighborhood Commercial).
