- October 1, 2021 The Pleasant View Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 4, 2021, at the City Office, beginning at 6:00 P.M. to discuss and recommend a decision to City Council on repealing C-1 chapter 18.26 and C-2 chapter 18.28.
