PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE PROPOSED VACATION OF A SECTION OF CLASS D PUBLIC ROAD IN THE LOWER RED CREEK AREA Notice is hereby given that the Duchesne County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to consider approval of Ordinance #21-389 during their November 8, 2021 meeting, beginning at 1:30 PM in the Duchesne County Administration Building, 734 North Center Street, Duchesne, Utah. The Ordinance, if passed, would vacate the public's interest in 0.073 acres of land, owned by Wesley Chappell, used for public access until a bridge crossing Lower Red Creek was recently replaced and a new access route established.
