NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF THE PLEASANT GROVE CITY COUNCIL Notice is hereby given that the Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a Work Session meeting at 4:30 p.m. on October 5, 2021 in the Community Room 108 S 100 E, prior to the regular City Council meeting at 6:00 p.m. This is a public meeting and anyone interested is invited to attend, however, Work Sessions are not designed to hear public comment or take official action. Public Hearing to consider for adoption an Ordinance (2021-31) amending the Pleasant Grove City General Plan by modifying the Land Use designation described as Low Density Residential (LDR) in Chapter2: Land Use by either adjusting the geographical boundaries of such designation or by changing the zones included within the LDR designation to eliminate the R1-10 and R1-12 zones and move them to the Medium Density Residential (MDR) Land Use designation. (Pleasant Grove City Applicant) Presenter: Director Cardenas Please note this item will be continued indefinitely 10. ACTION ITEMS READY FOR VOTE: A. To consider for adoption a Resolution (2021-054) of the City Council of Pleasant Grove, Utah, authorizing the Issuance and Sale of not more than $5,000,000 aggregate principal; amount of Water Revenue Bonds, Series 2021; and related matters and providing an effective date. Presenter: Jonathan Ward, Zions Bank B. To consider for adoption a Resolution (2021-055) authorizing the Mayor to sign a Purchase Agreement with Chad C. Carr and Alison M. Carr for a parcel of property approximately 78 sq ft in size located at 1778 North 100 East for the installation of a traffic signal at 1800 N 100 E and providing an effective date. Presenter: Director Beaumont C. To consider for adoption a Resolution (2021-056) authorizing the Mayor to sign a Purchase Agreement with Joseph Richard Young, Trustee for the Young Family Trust for a parcel of property approximately 142.17 sq ft in size located at 1820 North 100 East for the installation of a traffic signal at 1800 North and 100 East and providing an effective date. Presenter: Director Beaumont D. To consider for adoption a Resolution (2021-057) authorizing the Mayor to execute a Reimbursement Agreement with Clay Liston for Storm Water Infrastructure Improvements in the general area of 900 West 1100 North, Pleasant Grove, Utah; and providing an effective date. Presenter: Director Beaumont E. To consider for adoption a Resolution (2021-058) authorizing the City Engineer to apply for Grant Funding from the Utah Department of Transportation ('UDOT') for the Safe Routes to School Program for three projects located at Grove Crest Elementary School (100 South) Pleasant Grove High School (200 South); and Valley View Elementary (Orchard Drive and Locust Avenue) for sidewalk improvements totaling approximately 833 feet.
