NOTICE OF INTENT TO VACATE A PORTION OF PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT AND PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that American Fork City will hold a public hearing in conjunction with a regular session on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall, 31 North Church Street, for the purpose of receiving of public comment regarding the vacating of a portion of the public utility easement at 714 North 700 West Circle (Lot #14 Mitchell Springs Subdivision) and 713 North 700 West Circle (Lot #17 Mitchell Springs Subdivision). The portion of easement to be vacated is five (5) feet off the rear lot line easement, reducing the rear lot easement from 10 feet to five feet.
