INVITATION TO BID
Notice is hereby given that the CITY OF COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS (OWNER) will accept bids for the construction of the 21-22 CRACK SEAL & SLURRY SEAL PROJECT - PROJECT # 007.21 - according to Drawings and Specifications prepared by the ENGINEER, and described in general as:
Work includes the following items of work: mobilization, traffic control, placing crack seal material in pavement cracks on residential roads, complete; including cleaning and preparing cracks; placing skin patch material on residential roads including cleaning and preparing damaged areas; placing asphalt slurry seal coat; furnishing and applying traffic paint striping; and all related appurtenant work; all in accordance with Drawings and Specifications.
Separate sealed bids will be received by the OWNER in their office located at 2277 East Bengal Boulevard, Cottonwood Heights, Utah 84121 until 2:00 p.m. on October 13th, 2021, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Bids shall be addressed and delivered to Cottonwood Heights Recorder, prior to the Bid Opening.
CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined beginning on October 4th at 11:00 AM at the City Offices, 2277 E. Bengal Blvd., Cottonwood Heights; request for a copy of CONTRACT DOCUMENTS shall be submitted via email to Adam Ginsberg at aginsberg@ch.utah.gov
Bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid will be required to accompany bids.
All questions relative to the project including how to acquire plans shall be submitted via email to Adam Ginsberg at aginsberg@ch.utah.gov
The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids; or to accept or reject the whole or any part of any bid; or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the best interest of the City. Only bids giving a firm quotation properly signed will be accepted.

Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation
Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Councilmember will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
