NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold a regular Council Meeting Monday October 4, 2021 at 5:00 pm at the Minersville Town Hall. The following is the agenda: Mayor will open the meeting stating the time and date 1. 5:00 Approve minutes from the September 20, 2021 Council Meeting 2. 5:05 Sr Center Insurance claim 3. 5:15 Don Evans: Business license for Barber Shop 4. 5:25 Todd Breinholt: South Central Fiber in Minersville 5. 5:40 Brady Carter: Planning and Zoning recommendations 6. 6:00 Al Garcia: Rezoning property to multi-family 7. 6:15 Pay bills 8. 6:20 Vote in new Vice Mayor to take the mayors place when absent. 9. 6:30 Other Business: Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended OLD BUSINESS: 1.
