- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular council meeting on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said public hearings shall begin at 6:10 p.m. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from Planning Commission consider for possible approval a code amendment, to include 10-54-8 titled Specific Plans for Small Projects, to allow for Specific Plans for projects less than 20 acres in Wellsville City.
