Public Notice The Francis City Council will hold a public hearing on October 14th, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. at the Francis City Community Center, located at 2319 So. Spring Hollow Rd. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the preliminary plans for the Francis Commons subdivision, located at SR 32 and Scenic Heights Road. The public is welcome to attend in person and make comment. Comments may also be submitted in writing to Suzanne Gillett, Francis City Recorder prior to 3:00 p.m. on the day of the public hearing or by email to comments@francisutah.org. The public may also view the meeting via the zoom link below or by calling 1-346-248-7799.
