- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS OCTOBER 12, 2021 AND NOVEMBER 4, 2021 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to rezone a portion of parcel 090450002 from C-H (Planned Highway Commercial to R-MH (Mobile Home Parks and Subdivisions). The proposed rezone area consists of 2.5 acres and is located at approximately Highway 193 and Darlington Way. The Layton City Council will also hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, November 4, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, regarding the same issue.
