HUNTSVILLE TOWN REGULAR PUBLIC MEETING OF THE HUNTSVILLE TOWN COUNCIL September 30, 2021 on Zoom with an anchor location at Town Hall. The Huntsville Town Council will hold its Regular Council Meeting on Zoom and at Town Hall, 7309 East and 200 South at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be Live Streamed via our YouTube Channel. Both YouTube and Zoom links can be found at www.huntsvilletown.com. AGENDA: 1. Call to Order - Mayor Truett 2. Pledge of Allegiance - by invitation 3. Opening Ceremony - by invitation 4. Public Comments: Residents will be allotted three (3) minutes. 5. Sheriff's Report - 6. Presentation - President Taggart on behalf of Ogden-Weber Technical College 7. Presentation - Dr. Jeff Stephens, Superintendent Weber County Schools. Presentation on the Weber County School Bond. ACTION ITEMS: 8. Discussion and/or action on approval of the minutes for TC Meeting, September 1, 2021. 9. Discussion and/or action on approval of Ordinance 2021-8-26: Internal Accessory Dwelling Unit Regulations. 10. Discussion and/or action on Approval of new audit firm. 11. Discussion and/or action on acceptance of the fraud risk assessment report. COUNCIL MEMBER UPDATES/PRESENTATIONS: CLOSING ITEMS: 1. Citizen Comments. 2. Approval of the Bills, August, 2021. 3.
