- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting on Wednesday, September 29, 2021, at the Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. ROLL CALL. 2. READING/APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES. 3. REPORT OF OFFICERS - BOARDS - COMMITTEES. 4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS. 5. NEW BUSINESS. 6. DISCUSSION ITEMS: a. Review and Discussion of the Aaron Schauers' Property. b. Review and Discussion of a Parcel of Property along Beck Street for Robert Palfreyman. c. Review and Discussion of Small House Requirements. d. Review and Discussion of modifying zoning for portions of town/Cottage Home Ordinance (Review of Park City's Historic Document). e.
