Description/Agenda: BRIGHAM CITY NOTICE OF PROCLAMATION Notice is hereby given that a Proclamation of the Mayor of Brigham City Utah, Declaring a Local Emergency is in effect until October 26, 2021, due to active and increasing numbers of Covid-19 cases in Box Elder County and Brigham City. The Mayor and readily available City Councilmembers found it is necessary to enable Brigham City to utilize electronic meetings so that City Councilmembers may attend City Council meetings virtually if asked to quarantine, and that a quorum may be available virtually. A copy of the entire Proclamation is available for review at the Office of the City Recorder at 20 North Main Street.
