NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NORTH OGDEN CITY
Notice is hereby given that the North Ogden City Council will hold a public hearing on October 26, 2021, at 6:00 pm at the North Ogden City Hall, located at 505 East 2600 North, North Ogden, City, UT 84414. The hearing will be held to consider whether a cul-de-sac/roadway located at 100 East and 1475 North shall be indefinitely closed in accordance with Utah Code 72-5-105. Interested individuals may attend and provide public comment on the closure of the roadway.
All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard. In compliance with the ADA, individuals needing special accommodation (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during the meeting should notify the City Recorder at 801-737-9830 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
