AMERICAN FORK RIVER DEBRIS BASIN ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD MEETING AGENDA THURSDAY, OCTOBER 7, 2021 NOTICE is hereby given that the American Fork River Debris Basin Administrative Board will meet in a regular session on Thursday, October 7, 2021 in the Highland City Conference Room, 5400 Civic Center Drive, Suite 100, Highland, Utah commencing at 12:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ACTION ITEMS 1) ACTION TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF THE APRIL 15, 2021 MEETING 2) ACTION TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF THE JULY 8, 2021 MEETING 3) ACTION TO APPROVE INVOICES FOR PAYMENT a) Horrocks - Outlet Modification Design - Invoice #63254 for $2,833.44 b) JoAnn Scott - Lunch invoice 4) ACTION TO ADOPT THE AMERICAN FORK RIVER DEBRIS BASIN ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD MEETING SCHEDULE FOR 2022 DISCUSSION ITEMS: 5) OUTLET STRUCTURE DESIGN REVIEW. 6) FALL HOUSEKEEPING.
