Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will conduct public hearings on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 beginning at 6:30 p.m. on the following projects: - Bird Lane Subdivision Plat A Preliminary Plan and Final Plat: Request by Brett Christensen for a three-lot subdivision on Utah County Parcels 08:047:0029 and 08:047:0025 located at 451 East 300 North in the R-1-7.5 Residential Zone. - Amendments to the Future Trails Map of the General Plan. The meeting will be held at the Payson City Center located at 439 W Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah and electronically via Zoom Conferencing.
