- Notice of Public Hearing The Tremonton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on October 12, 2021, 102 South Tremont Street, 5:30 p.m., or thereafter at which time public comment will be heard and consideration given to a proposed zoning overlay known as the Rivers Edge Overlay Zone located on property near and around 950 East Main Street extending north to 600 North, east to 1600 East and west connecting to Holmgren Estate East Subdivision, and zoning of other properties within the boundary of the annexation. Comments may be submitted prior to the public hearing at Tremonton City hall, 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah during normal business hours.
