- PARKS TRAILS ARTS & RECREATION ADVISORY BOARD MEETING NOTICE & AGENDA SEPTEMBER 28, 2021 - 6:00 p.m. Posted September 27, 2021 Notice is given that the Parks, Trails Arts & Recreation Advisory Board of the City of North Salt Lake will hold a regular meeting on September 28, 2021 at 6:00 pm at the NSL Public Works building, 642 N. 400 W., North Salt Lake, Utah. Some members may participate electronically. The following items of business will be discussed; the order of business may be changed as time permits. 1. Hatch Park Redesign Update and Discussion 2. Administrative Updates - Carmen 3. Public Works Update - David 4. Upcoming Event Updates - Please promote all events/share from the City's posts onto your social media a. Photo Contest Update- attn: Dallas - what do you need from any of us? b. NSL Reads - attn.: Ron - snacks - masks? c. NSL Scavenger - everyone's addition to the Scavenger Hunt - October 8 - midnight October 22 - how to download? d. 75th Anniversary Holiday Event - December 13 - City Hall Amphitheater (Santa, Tree lighting, Hot Cocoa, Time Capsule, Fireworks) e. Halloween Fun Event- attn.: Tammy/Rachel 9:00- 11:00 a.m.- HATCH PARK -DJ is scheduled - Bathrooms unlocked 5. City Council Update - Ryan 6. Chair Notes and Open Topics 7. Review Action Items 8.
