PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the St George City Council will hold public hearings on Thursday, October 7, 2021, at 5:00 PM to consider the following requests: A. Consider a petition to vacate a portion of a public utilities, drainage, and irrigation easement (common area) evidenced by Doc. No. 992449, Washington County Recorder, which is located at 1060 W. Province Way. The applicant desires to reconfigure the lot layout to better accommodate driveway access for each unit. B. Consider a petition to vacate a portion of a public utility and drainage easement between Lot 34, Whisper Ridge Phase 4 and Lot 37, Whisper Ridge Phase 5. The applicant desires to merge these lots together into one lot. This request is located at approximately 1180 W. Fandango Circle. Interested persons are encouraged to present their views in writing to the City Council prior to the meeting for this public hearing, held in the Council Chambers - City Hall at 175 East and 200 North. Reasonable Accommodation: The City of St. George will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing City programs. Please contact the City Human Resources Office, 627-4671, at least 24 hours in advance if you have special needs.
