- COALVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Coalville City Council will hold its Regular Meeting on Monday, September 27, 2021, at the Coalville City Hall, 10 North Main, Coalville, Utah. This meeting will begin at 6:00 P.M. Limited in person seating will be available. Others may connect to the meeting using the Zoom meeting information listed below. The agenda will be as follows: 1.
