- PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 6, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. at the Richfield City Center at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments concerning the definition of hotel/motel in the Zoning Code.
