PUBLIC NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLEASANT VIEW CITY, UTAH September 28, 2021 Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Pleasant View, Utah will hold a Public Meeting in the city office at 520 West Elberta Dr. in Pleasant View, Utah on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, commencing at 6:00 PM. The agenda consists of the following: Pledge of allegiance: Steve Gibson Opening Prayer, Reading or Expression of Thought: Steve Gibson Declaration of Conflicts of Interest Comments/Questions for the Mayor & Council (public - limited to 3 minutes) Consent Items: - Bills of Pleasant View City Business: 6:05 P.M. 1. Discussion and possible action to appointment David Park to the Planning Commission. (Presenter: Mayor Call) 6:20 P.M. 2. Weber High School Safety Concerns. 6:35 P.M. 3. Discussion and possible action to grant preliminary subdivision approval to Weber View 2 Subdivision, 25 lots located at 3275 N 275 W. Petitioner: Ivory Homes. (Presenter: Jill Hunt) 6:45 P.M. 4. Discussion and possible action to award the Key Card System Bid to update building keycard access systems for city facilities. (Presenter: Amy Mabey) 6:50 P.M. 5. Discussion and possible action to award the Transportation Road Master Plan including Active Transportation Planning, to Parametrix for $84,820. (Presenter: Amy Mabey) 6:55 P.M. 6. Discussion and possible action to consider a Request for Proposals for Ordinance Development. (Presenter: Amy Mabey) 7:00 P.M. 7. Closed Meeting. 8. Discussion and possible action from the closed meetings. Other Business Adjournment The City Council at their discretion may change the order and times of the agenda items.
