Consideration of Ordinance #49-2021, approving the Traverse Mountain Area Plan Amendment adding existing and planned public facilities to the land use map. Petitioner: Lehi City 17. Consideration of Resolution #2021-54, approving a tri-party agreement between Lehi City, Highland City, and D.R. Horton for the development of property currently located in Lehi City and Utah County.
