Sneddon 8.3 ORDINANCE - CITY CODE UPDATES An Ordinance Amending various Chapters, Articles and Sections of the Orem City Code 8.4 RESOLUTION - 2021 UTILITY FINANCIAL PLAN Updating the financial plans to ensure sufficient revenues, ensuring an appropriate debt service coverage ratio and to provide sufficient revenues to fund the proposed projects identified in the utility master plans. 9. SCHEDULED ITEMS PUBLIC HEARING/RESOLUTION - Crandall Orchard Open Space Conservation Easement Resolution of Support Action Item Presenter: Matt Taylor, Senior Planner 10.
