Washington City, Utah-The Washington County Judicial Nominating Commission has announced the appointment of Judge K. Jake Graff to fill the Washington City Justice Court Judge position. He replaces Judge Thad Seegmiller who resigned his position on March 17, 2021.
K. Jake Graff has practiced law in southern Utah and Nevada over the past fifteen years and has served as the Hildale City Justice Court judge since 2012. Mr. Graff practices law at the Graff Law Firm and has served as the temporary Washington City Justice Court judge since March 2021. Mr. Graff is a graduate of Dixie State University (A.S.), Brigham Young University (B.S.), and the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (J.D.).
