- NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF AN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND AN IMPACT FEE ENACTMENT The Sunset City Council held a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 7, 2021. The City Council adopted an Impact Fee Facilities Plan and an Impact Fee Enactment related to culinary water after the public hearing. The ordinance will take effect on December 6, 2021. The Service Area for the Impact Fee Enactment is the entire City boundaries and allows the City to collect a culinary water impact fee for new development only. It does not affect pre-existing buildings. This ordinance may be viewed during regular business hours at the City Office Building, 200 West 1300 North, Sunset, Utah. Susan R.
