Description/Agenda

John Thornton, representing Salt City Construction, requests Final Subdivision approval for Palais 550 Townhomes, a proposed master planned development consisting of 17 townhomes on 1.1 acres located at 532-568 Fort Union Blvd in the Mixed Use/7200 S Overlay Zone (MU/7200 S). The public is invited to participate in a public hearing before the Midvale City Council on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at 7:00 pm on the item above. All interested parties are invited to attend the meeting in-person or view the meeting at www.MidvaleCity.org/YouTube.
