IVINS CITY OFFICIAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Meeting Date: Planning Commission Meeting Tuesday, October 5, 2021 Meeting Time: 5:30 P.M. Meeting Place: Ivins City Hall, 55 N. Main St. Ivins, UT 84738 435-628-0606 Purpose: Public Hearing Regarding Recommendation of a Preliminary Plan for Unity Village Subdivision. Applicant/Owner: Corner The Market, LLC-Owner/Applicant Property Location: Approximately 400 South and 200 West Contact: Cody Mitchell, Building and Zoning Administrator, 435-634-9753 All persons interested will be heard at the above time and place, may submit their views electronically via email to Deputy City Recorder Sharon Allen at sallen@ivins.com, or in writing to the Ivins City Council prior to the meeting. A copy of the proposed plan is available at the Ivins City Building Department and on Ivins website at www.ivins.com In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during these hearings should notify Deputy City Recorder Sharon Allen at Ivins City Hall, 55 N.
