Call Meeting to Order: Pledge of Allegiance Invocation 2. Public Comment: Public may address the Mayor and City Council with items not listed on the agenda. 3. Public Safety - New Lane and other traffic concerns 4. Pinion Bridge and Overlay of Pinion Bridge 5. Brandon Bates - Event Discussion 6. Scott Bates, Steve Smith - Diner Encroachment Discussion 7. Regular City Business: a. Approval of the Payables 9-7-2021 thru 9-22- 2021 b. Councilmember Reports c. Recorder/Staff Items 8. Possible Motion to enter executive closed session to discuss strategy to discuss real property and potential litigation as well as additional items to discuss competency of human resource related items. By Motion of the Oakley City Council, pursuant to Title 52, Chapter 4 section 204 and 205 of the Utah State Code, the City Council may vote to hold a closed meeting for any of the purposes identified in that chapter. 9.
