- Regular Council Meeting Call to order: Mayor Korry Soper Agenda Items: 1. Brent Boylan & Teresa Boylan - Grandma Berta's Kitchen restaurant. 2. Cory Hatch & Tyler Merrill - Proposed improvements to the fountain sitting area at Main & Union Streets, adjacent to Manti Market. 3. Mayor Soper - Finalize date and plans for ribbon cutting at Sports Park. 4. Consider authorizing Mayor Soper to sign Mutual Aid Agreement with Rocky Mountain Power, Utah power co-operatives, UAMPS & UMPA. 5. Financial review - August 2021 statements. 6. Continuing Business a. Property lease contract for cellular tower - InfoWest 7. Councilmembers reports: Gary Chidester Darren Dyreng Jason Maylett Jason Vernon Mary Wintch 8. Public Comment - two minutes per each comment. 9. Mayor Korry Soper. 10. Consideration of minutes of the previous meeting. 11. City Manager Kent Barton. 12. Executive Session (if needed).
