- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Washington Terrace Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on September 30, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. to hear comments on preliminary and final site plan approval for proposed subdivision, '2006 GWCU Corporate Office', located approximately at 5150 South 375 East. Comments will also be heard on amendment to Chapter 17 'Zoning', section 17.28.020 'Site Development Standards'. Said hearings will be held at City Hall, 5249 S 400 E, Washington Terrace City. ADA Accommodations and Auxiliary aids and services are available upon request to individuals with disabilities by calling 801-395-8283 three days prior to the meeting.
