Description/Agenda: Wednesday, September 22, 2021 Development Review Committee DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting in the City Council Chambers at the Spanish Fork City Office Building, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually. 1. Preliminary Plat A. SWIFT CREEK AMENDED. The proposal involves amending the preliminary plat approval of a master planned development including ninety-one residential lots located at approximately 3100 East 950 South. 2. Zone Change and Preliminary Plat A. CEDAR HEIGHTS. The proposal involves changing the current zone from R-1-6 to R-1-6 with the Infill Overlay in conjunction with the subdivision of a single residential parcel into two residential lots located at 311 South 500 East. 3. Concept Review A. WILLOWBROOK. The proposal involves an industrial development located at approximately 1200 North 1100 East. 4. Transportation Master Plan A. TRANSPORTATION MASTER PLAN. 5.
