Discuss/Approve/Deny minutes from May meeting 6. Ratification of acceptance of the Borrower Support Grant (2021-2022) 7. Ratification of acceptance of the ARPA Physical Collection Grant Ratification of acceptance of the ARPA Pandemic Response Grant Ratification of Hot to Trot(sot) Grant (2021-2022) 8. Ratification of Beehive Consortium (OverDrive) Contract (2022) 9. Commissioner Report 10. Board Reports 11. Director's Report 12. Discuss/Approve/Deny election of vice-chair for 2021-2022. 13. Discuss/Approve/Deny election of secretary for 2021-2022. 14. Discuss Emery County Library System Strategic Plan and FY 2022 Budget 15. Adjourn Individuals are invited to participate in the public comment portion of the meeting. Individual comments will be limited to three minutes with up to three minutes follow up for the Library Board to ask questions regarding the comments. Once the public comment portion of the meeting is concluded, individuals will not be allowed to address the Library Board unless listed on the agenda.
