NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Rockville Town Council Notice is hereby given that the Rockville Town Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at 6:00 pm at the Rockville Town Hall, 43 E. Main, Rockville, Utah for public input regarding an application to the Utah Permanent Community Impact Fund Board for grant and/or loan funding to construct a Town Maintenance Building located behind the Town Park at 43 E. Main Street, Rockville. A copy of the funding request may be seen by contacting the Town Clerk, Vicki S. Bell, at (435) 772-0992. Interested persons desiring input into this public hearing are invited to attend the hearing or present their views in writing. Verbal comments will be limited to two (2) minutes and written comments should be received no later than 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 29, 2021 emailed to rockville@rockvilleutah.org, addressed to: Town of Rockville, PO Box 630206, Rockville, Utah 84763 or delivered to the Town Office at 43 East Main, Rockville, Utah. This notice is provided as a courtesy to the community and is not the official notice for this meeting/hearing. This notice is not required by town ordinance or policy. Failure of the Town to provide this notice or failure of a property owner, resident, or other interested party to receive this notice does not constitute a violation of the Town's noticing requirements or policies.
