- RESOLUTION 1-21 ANNUAL MEETING DATES FOR EAST CARBON CITY COUNCIL AND EAST CARBON PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION Whereas, the State of Utah has enacted legislation which requires that annually a public notice be given stating the date, time and place of regular meetings of the governing body; Whereas, it is the duty of the Planning & Zoning Commission to make and adopt and certify to the governing body, a comprehensive plan for physical development of the municipality; and Whereas, any development within the municipality must be submitted to the commission for consideration and any land sale or zoning issue must first be approved by the Planning & Zoning Commission; IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE Council of East Carbon City that regular meeting dates will be held as follows: Regular City Council meetings will be held the first and third Tuesdays of each month. Meetings will be held at East Carbon City Hall, 101 West Geneva Drive, and begin at 6:30 P.M. Regular Planning & Zoning meetings will be held on the 2nd Thursday of each month. Meetings will be held at East Carbon City Hall, 101 West Geneva Drive, and begin at 6:00 P.M. Approved by the East Carbon City Council on February 2, 2021.
