KAYSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Thursday, May 12, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Center. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Opening and approval of minutes of the April 28, 2011 meeting. 2. Conditional use permit for a major home occupation B, swimming lessons at 352 South 1000 West – Chris Hunsaker. 3. Conditional use permit for Jump-Co Trampoline Park at 1121 West Flint Meadow Drive – Bart Peterson. 4. Conditional use permit for the Deseret Mills and Food Processing Facility at 61 South 600 West – CLH Architects. 5. Final plat approval for Old Farm at Kays Creek Subdivision Phase 2 at approximately 1940 West Phillips Street – Chad Bessinger. 6. Public hearing and amendment of sidewalk and walkway provisions of Title 18, Building Regulations, of the revised ordinances of Kaysville City. 7. Call to the public. 8. Other matters that properly come before the Planning Commission: a. Reports. b. Correspondence. c. Calendar. 9. Adjournment.
