- City of Monticello PUBLIC HEARING Zone Change Application Notice is hereby given that the Monticello City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 5, 2021, at the Hideout Community Center, 648 S Hideout Way, beginning at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive comment on the following zone change application: 1) For parcels A00000020020 and A0000002003B located east of 100 East from approximately 450 W, continuing to the end of the block. Requesting change from R-2 residential to C-1 commercial zone. Written comments may be addressed to Recorder Shalena Black shalena@monticelloutah.org, City of Monticello, P.O. Box 457, Monticello, Utah 84535, and must be received prior to or on the hearing date.
