- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Council will hold a public hearing in conjunction with a regular session on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. at the American Fork City Hall, 31 N. Church Street. The City Council will receive public comment regarding the following items: - A proposed vacation of a portion of a public utility easement and surface storm drain easement at 165 North 750 East, Lot 8 of the Woodstock Estates Plat D subdivision. The portion of the easement to be vacated is the east three (3) feet of the western eight (8) foot public utility easement and surface storm drain easement. The vacation of the three feet will leave a five (5) foot easement along the west property line. Action is scheduled for the regular session where the City Council may or may not approve the proposed vacation. Copies of the proposed vacation is available at the City Administrative Offices, 51 E.
