NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF THE PLEASANT GROVE CITY COUNCIL Notice is hereby given that the Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a Work Session meeting at 4:30 p.m. on September 21, 2021 in the Community Room 108 S 100 E, prior to the regular City Council meeting at 6:00 p.m. This is a public meeting and anyone interested is invited to attend, however, Work Sessions are not designed to hear public comment or take official action. Public Hearing to consider for adoption a Resolution (2021-050) adjusting and amending the revenues and expenditures of the 2021/2022 Fiscal Year budget and providing an effective date. Presenter: Director Roy B. Public Hearing to consider for adoption a Resolution (2021-051) amending the Consolidated Fee Schedule for Fiscal Year 2021/2022; and providing an effective date. Presenter: Director Roy C. Public Hearing to consider for adoption an Ordinance (2021-30) to rezone the south portion (.24 acres) of parcel #14:055:0010 to extend the Mixed Housing Subdistrict into the .24 acres of land that is currently located in the Commercial Sales Subdistrict within the Grove Zone and providing an effective date. (SAM WHITES LANE NEIGHBORHOOD) Presenter: Director Cardenas 10. ACTION ITEMS READY FOR VOTE: A. To consider for adoption a Resolution (2021-052) authorizing the Mayor to declare two 2018 Ford F-150 Pickup Trucks as surplus and directs that they be disposed of according to the City's policy for disposing of surplus property and providing an effective date. To consider for adoption a Resolution (2021-053) authorizing the Mayor to sign an agreement with RB&G Engineering for the 2600 North Street Improvement Project for Professional Engineering Services and providing an effective date.
